Provided telecommunication and security system services for the project. The design included IP cameras, access control and motion detection for the security system. For the telecommunications system, the design provided wireless equipment throughout the facility, 10/100-Base TX to the desktop and gigaspeed backbone equipment for networking. The cable infrastructure consisted of Cat 6 cabling and multimode fiber inside. A singlemode fiber optic cable was provided to a remote building on campus for connection to the campus technology Center. The telephone system was provided via the campus switch as well. The building is 45,000 square-feet located on two floors. It is comprised of primarily computer classrooms. Other areas include conference rooms, offices and support spaces.
