Security System Engineering. Provided the security system design for the new Cockrell Memorial Training and Service Center. The facility consisted of three levels. The first level was a below grade parking garage, the second level consisted of office spaces, library, scout shop, break room, conference center and shop storage. The third level consisted of division offices, field departments and executive administration. The security system provided controlled access to the second level, the building, the parking garage and some office spaces on the first level.
