Provided the structured cabling, access control and surveillance system design for the redevelopment of the 10.05 acre Cain Hall Complex. The project included demolition of the existing facility, site utilities and the construction of two (2) new buildings as follows: a 488,000 sq ft 1,400 car 5-level garage, and approx 252,500sf convention center hotel consisting of approximately 253 rooms (13 suites, 240 standard with 15 fully accessible and 20 visually/hearing impaired accessible). Conference room was 31,228SF with additional 3,674SF of support space. Restaurant Bar was 10,244SF with additional 5,797SF of kitchen/storage space. Lobby and back of house was 23,609SF with a 1,330 SF pool. Construction cost for Garage was $43 million. The Construction cost for Hotel/Convention Center was approximately $125 million (no soft costs included).
