Ms. Ferguson has more than 25 years of experience providing electrical engineering services for a variety of projects. A licensed professional engineer, with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, she founded Ferguson Consulting, Inc. to apply her knowledge and expertise as part of a project team to consistently provide clients with successful projects.

With specialized experience in the aviation industry, she has engineered numerous projects including both General Aviation and Part 139 Airports. Her aviation design experience includes both visual and navigations aids including SMGCS, FAA Status Lights as well as ILS Approach Systems. In addition, she designs electrical utility vaults, and the supporting infrastructure and facilities.

Ms. Ferguson has terminal building experience in all parts of the airport including, but not limited to, security check-points, customer facing areas, operational areas, radio systems, control towers, baggage handling, cargo areas, and perimeter security systems brings to the client full service knowledge and experience for the complete aviation electrical and special systems.

Ms. Ferguson received her Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) seal from the Building Industry Consulting Services, Inc. Ms. Ferguson has diverse experience including the design of specialized, high performance low–voltage systems to support CATV, CCTV, access control, Informational Display Systems, wired and wireless data and cellular systems and radio systems. She adopts state–of–the–art technology tools through continuing education and membership in professional organizations.

As an RCDD, Ms. Ferguson has proven she has the knowledge and expertise in telecommunications industry standards, equipment, and design, including physical size, temperature, humidity, and distance limitations. This expertise allows her to design a telecommunications system utilizing the proper installation requirements in a physical topology to ensure the equipment will function optimally. In addition, she has the unique capability to consider bandwidth requirements and future growth to provide an economical design solution to clients.
